Product prices, modifications and or discontinuations are subject to change at any time without notice. We are not liable for any price change, modification or discontinuation of any product. All prices are displayed and calculated in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Product availability and product prices may vary between Bendigo Clothing’s retail stores and those found on this website. We reserve the right to limit the sales and/or quantities of any product at any time.
Whilst we make every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee the product images are an exact representation of the actual products. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice.
Whilst we try to keep measurements as accurate as possible, please allow up to 3cm in variation for oilskin garments. Heel and shaft height measurements provided may vary by up to 5mm.
Orders, Shipping and Returns
We reserve the right to accept or reject an order for any reason including, but not limited to, an error in price, image, availability, product description or order details. We reserve the right to contact you for verification purposes before we ship your order.
By placing an order, you:
- a. will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our Shipping & Returns in its whole;
- b. confirm you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and that the information you have provided us with is true and accurate;
- c. agree that we may provide free promotional or advertising material in your shipment;
- d. confirm that the payment method is your own, including but not limited to a credit card or PayPal account;
- e. understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If an order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.

Coupon Codes and Sales
Only one coupon code may be used per order. Percentage off coupons apply exclusively to select items and do not apply to shipping fees. Dollar/amount off coupons apply exclusively to select items and do not apply to shipping fees. No rain checks. We reserve the right to edit, update or remove sales, sale items and/or coupon codes at any time.
Gift Certificates
By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to use a gift certificate you agree to the terms and conditions outlined on this page. Gift certificates are redeemable at Bendigo Country Clothing events run by David & team or online at bendigoclothing.com.au. Not redeemable at events run by Peter & Jenet. Gift certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash or credit. Lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced or refunded. You are responsible for the use and safety of your gift certificate/unique code. Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift cards or certificates. We reserve the right to check identification upon redemption of a gift certificate. The certificate holder will be required to pay any amount remaining on a transaction where the cost of the purchase exceeds the available certificate balance. Gift certificates will be valid until the expiry date. Any certificate value remaining after the expiry date will not be redeemable. Check the balance of your gift certificate here.
Gift Cards

Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
