Shipping fees are calculated based on order total ($AUD). We regularly use Australia Parcel Post Standard to ship online orders and do not offer Express or International Post. Their reliable service, along with easy tracking of parcels, make them one of the best postal services in Australia. They have over 3,400 post offices which support our economy and provide jobs to nearly 64,000 individual workers.
Handling
We travel across Australia to retail at various events, whilst at these events we are unable to process online orders. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be shipped. We try our best to ensure products ordered are available for shipping, however occasionally certain sizes or colours may be out of stock. If a product you ordered is unable to be shipped within 10 business days, we will notify you to ask if you are prepared to wait or would prefer a full refund.
