About Us

Bendigo Country Clothing is a family-owned business founded in Bendigo, Victoria since the 1990s. Originally opened as a retail storefront for traditional country clothing, many garments were produced in-store by talented local sewists. Over time the farmers clothing market became niche and many companies producing Australian made fabric closed down; our business model had to broaden its horizons.

Today, instead of a permanent storefront, we travel to, and retail at events across Australia. Events include: Australian Farm Field Days, Rural Shows, Camping Expos, Musters, Rodeos and Country Music Festivals. Although we no longer manufacture in Australia, most products are still designed in Australia, sourced from well-known brands such as Bulldust, Wrangler, Pure Western, Thomas Cook and Bisley. Please take note that each travelling pop-up store is unique so products will vary. We’d love to see you at an event listed on our store locator page.

We are passionate about providing great levels of service, and endeavour to supply products that are both modern and functional. ​We aim to provide the high-quality apparel that will benefit a person’s life as they experience being outdoors in God’s Great South Land.
